[The New TooF in the HooD!]

The New York Times gives it 5 thumbs up.

I was shocked and amazed. A touching story of the new guy overcoming hardship and adversity through adapting to his surroundings and excelling. This movie should be shown to class rooms full of kindergarden students while armed guards in ballistic vests with machine guns wait to see if anyone dares to look away and miss out on the message delivered by this powerful and truly epic film.

Friggen outstanding!

Although IWP is one hell of an easy target and bashing him is getting old in most cases, this was just great! Well animated and drawn, music went well with it, good humor. Not sure what else can be said about this other then that it was awesome. Nice work comrade, this sure as hell better get a portal award.
(Next to catclock, your still probably the biggest furry in the CC though.)

I mean, you only have 10 friggen portal awards and produce some of the most kickass quality work on the friggen internet!
Just noticed this on the LL site a few hours ago and then noticed it still under 50 most recent submissions here, go figure? Anywho, another very entertaining and overall amazing movie. Love some of these reviews as well. Some people really take this too seriously and others are just friggen morons, I love it!

Eh, lets face it

This had a lot of major shortcomings. A lot of things could use more detail and the thing was a bit choppy. Despite this however, it was still reasonably well done and theres nothing you can't fix for your next one. Here are a few ideas for you.

1. Increase the frame per second rate. It looked a bit choppy so I'm guessing fps was the issue. Try something around 26fps.
2. Put a bit more detail into the set and stuff. Granted this is a movie of d-day with friggen video game characters, but try to make the backgrounds look a bit better.
3. Think more about where you use the line tool. It can be useful for helping something take better shape and then deleting the line.
4. Try different shades of colors. Everything seemed like it was either grey, green, brown or something like that. Try to make it look like theres actual lighting effects or something by making parts brighter then others. Makes things look less 2d.

Thats all the good advice I can really think of. Good luck on the next part!
